PHOENIX _ In a Nov. 16 story about a Chinese solar-panel manufacturer basing its North American headquarters and manufacturing in Arizona, Cronkite News Service erroneously listed the title and organization of Barry Broome. He is president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
