_ Why He Ran: “I was frustrated with the way the budget’s been handled the last few years. I wanted to come down and put my 2 cents’ worth in.”

_ HB 2516 would change how public schools and charter schools regulate intergovernmental agreements, procurement practices, documentation of incidents of bullying, harassment and intimidation, pupil disciplinary proceedings, teacher dismissal and lobbyist registration, among other matters.
