PHOENIX – A May 16 Cronkite News story about apprentice truck drivers incorrectly gave the entry-level salary for drivers. Truck drivers start at $17.07 per hour and eventually, with salary increases based on merit and other factors, could make about $23 an hour, according to a city spokeswoman.
