_ Committee Assignments: Energy and Natural Resources (vice chair); Health and Human Services; Agriculture and Water.
_ Previous or Current Elected Offices: Member of the Washington Elementary School District Governing Board, 1999-2008; member of the Arizona School Facilities Board, 2001-2006 (chair from 2005-2006); precinct committee member of the District 11 Republican Committee.
_ Highlights of Community Involvement: Central Republican Women’s Club; Sunnyslope Graffiti Fighters; member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers’ College, Arizona State University.
_ Why He Ran: “Now that my three sons are grown … I would like them to come back to Arizona when they complete their education. I want them to find good jobs here and settle down and raise their families.”
