TAX CREDIT PLAN FOR DUAL-FLUSH TOILET INSTALLATIONS

Here are key provisions of HB 2126, introduced by Rep. Marian McClure, R-Tucson:

_ Tax Credit: 25 percent of the cost of a dual-flush toilet.

_ Limit: $100 per toilet and $200 per home.

_ Requirements: Toilets must use no more than 1.6 gallons for a full flush and and 1.1 gallons for a reduced flush.
