Proposed membership of agriculture study committee

Here is the proposed membership of the agriculture study committee proposed under HB 2277, authored by Rep. Russell L. Jones, R-Yuma:

_ Three members of the House of Representatives
_ Three members of the Senate.
_ Governor or the governor’s designee.
_ Directors of designees from the state departments of environmental quality, agriculture and water resources.
_ State Land Commissioner or commissioner’s designee.
_ Two agriculture producers appointed by the House speaker and two agriculture producers appointed by the Senate president.
