Drunken-boating penalties under Arizona law

Here are penalties for operating a watercraft under the influence under a state law that took effect Jan. 1:
Blood-Alcohol Concentration of at least 0.08:
_ Class 1 Misdemeanor: Up to six months in jail
_ 1st Offense: Minimum 10 days in jail; minimum fine $1,250
_ 2nd offense: Minimum 90 days in jail; minimum fine $3,000
Extreme OUI:
_ Class 1 Misdemeanor: Up to six months in jail
_ Blood-Alcohol Concentration of 0.15 to 0.2: Minimum 30 days in jail; minimum fine $2,500
_ Blood-Alcohol Concentration of 0.2 or Above: Minimum 45 days in jail; minimum fine $2,750
OUI With Passenger Under 15:
_ Aggravated OUI, Class 4 Felony: Up to three years in prison
_ Minimum 10 days in jail; minimum fine $4,000
