Corrective to Cronkite News Service story on tires in mines

NOTE: Clients that used BC-CNS-Mines-Tires, which moved March 2 under a Phoenix dateline, are asked to use the following story. The version on this site has been corrected.

PHOENIX _ A March 2 Cronkite News Service story on a proposal to allow the use of tires to fill abandoned mineshafts erroneously identified the committee considering the legislation.

The committee was the House Committee on Natural Resources and Rural Affairs.
