_ Why She Ran: “I’m concerned at the direction our country is going. I think we’ve lost the founding principles that once made us a great nation that allowed for the greatest amount of personal individual freedom.”
_ Her Focus: “To create more freedom in our state to be able to get our economy up and running by getting rid of excessive taxes and regulations that are holding us back and holding us down.”
_ A Bill: SB 1147 would bar the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality from adopting or enforcing a state or regional program regulating greenhouse gas emissions without authorization from the Legislature.
