The error occurred in the 31st and 34th grafs, and comments have been clarified in the 32nd and 43rd grafs. A corrected version of the story has been posted here.

PHOENIX – A Jan. 10 Cronkite News story about Maricopa County ozone levels included incorrect information about the moderate and serious non-attainment classification business offset requirements, which only apply to new businesses. And comments from Tim Franquist, environmental director at the Maricopa Association of Governments, have been updated.
