Key provisions of SB 1108

Here are the key provisions of SB 1108, sponsored by Sen. Leah Landrum-Taylor, D-Phoenix:
_ A landlord must provide tenants with written notice of any foreclosure action against a property, warning them they might have to move.
_ The landlord must provide written notice at least 30 days before the date of any scheduled foreclosure sale.
_ A landlord who knowingly fails to provide notice to a tenant is guilty of a misdemeanor.
