WASHINGTON – A Nov. 12 Cronkite News story about a court ruling on water hookup fees charged to public housing residents accidentally dropped a word in a quote from the court’s ruling. Judge Carlos T. Bea wrote that the fee was meant to cover for tenants’ unpaid bills that the water district “could not” recover from Pinal County.
