WASHINGTON – A June 10 story on a House hearing into police practices and accountability misidentified the relationship between one of the witnesses and Patrick Underwood, a police officer who was fatally shot during a protest in Oakland, Calif. Angela Underwood Jacobs is Patrick Underwood’s sister.
