EDS: Clients who used a Cronkite News story slugged BC-CNS-Sheriff Evidence that moved Thursday, July 26, under a WASHINGTON dateline, are asked to use the following correction. The errors occurred in the second, seventh and 16th grafs of the original story. A corrected version of the story has been posted here.

WASHINGTON – A July 26 Cronkite News story about a federal appeals court overturning an ICE case against a Valley businessman misspelled the businessman’s first name and his attorney’s last name. Bret Frimmel is the owner of Frimmel Management and he was represented by Leon Silver.
