CORRECTION to Dec. 28 story on cannabidiols

EDS: Clients who used a Cronkite News story slugged SPORTS-Plummer Painkillers that moved Wednesday, Dec. 28, under a BOULDER, Colo., dateline, are asked to use the following correction. The error appeared in the third graf of the original story. A corrected version of the story has been posted here.

BOULDER, Colo. – A Cronkite News story on the use of cannabidiol as an alternative to other painkillers misstated the amount of THC, the chemical in marijuana that causes a “high,” in hemp-derived CBDs. Cannabidiols contain minute levels of THC, but not enough to produce any psychoactive effects, or highs.
