EDS: Clients who used a Cronkite News story slugged BC-CNS-Gila Water that moved Monday, Aug. 15, under a LAVEEN dateline, are asked to use the following correction. A corrected version of the story has been posted here.

LAVEEN – An Aug. 15 Cronkite News story on Pii Paash opposition to the Gila River Indian Community’s decision to use reclaimed water for irrigation mischaracterized the type of water being traded by the tribe. The GRIC is trading Central Arizona Project water from the Colorado River.
