WASHINGTON – An April 15 Cronkite News story about a legal challenge by 26 states to the Obama administration’s deferred deportation policies incorrectly stated the scope of DAPA, the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents. That policy would be open to people who may be in this country illegally but who are parents of a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.
