Here are questions and responses on toll roads, traffic and other transportation issues from the Grand Canyon State Poll released Tuesday by Northern Arizona University’s Social Research Laboratory:

Are toll roads a good idea?

  • No: 57 percent
  • Yes: 32 percent
  • Don’t Know/Depends: 11 percent

Vote for increased taxes to pay for road maintenance and construction?

  • Vote For: 52 percent
  • Vote Against: 40 percent
  • Don’t Know: 9 percent

Is traffic congestion a very important problem, a somewhat important problem or not an important problem?

  • Very Important: 57 percent
  • Somewhat Important: 34 percent
  • Not Important: 9 percent
